Reading Blue Mountain and Northern Fans,

We have a surprise for all of you!

Oct. 29th would have been our last run of the 2102 steam engine for the season. However, we have had such overwhelmingly positive responses from our RBMN rail community, passengers, and even other railroad companies since the grand return of the locomotive. We have also been inundated with so many folks wishing for just one more excursion, so they could ride along with us during the engine’s first year run!

At the RBMN Passenger department, we are more than happy to honor those requests. On Nov. 6th, we are swapping our scheduled 425 steam engine run with a final 2102 “Autumn Leaf Excursion” as a perfect finale to fall foliage season!

  • Ticket sales are available to the general public starting on October 20, 2022.

  • Departures are from our Reading Outer Station and Port Clinton Locations!

  • Seats will sell out extremely fast, so buying your tickets online or by phone is highly recommended!

Come join us for an historic day of smoke, steam, and cinders as we roll through Pennsylvania mountains and countryside finally arriving in the beautiful town of Jim Thorpe.
